Conclusion of a contract for commissioned processing

In order to ensure data protection-compliant processing, I have concluded a contract for commissioned processing with Webflow, Inc on the basis of Art. 28 DSGVO in conjunction with the EU standard contractual clauses. Webflow, Inc. stores anonymized IP addresses, server logs of site visitors, as well as logs of all transmissions via the contact form. These are stored for up to 12 months and cannot be traced back to individual persons - no matter where in the world a site visitor comes from.
